Cathy has considerable experience in the area of aged care quality systems and research, has been a member of the Quality and Safety Committee since 2008 and for many years has provided aged care consultancy services to Boards.

Cathy is currently the Director, Qualityworks P/L, the Adjunct Associate Professor, Health Services Management, School of Public Health at La Trobe University, and has been an ACHS Accreditation Surveyor since 2001.
