Gae has had considerable experience in Executive Management in Community Care, Home Care, Aged Care and Retirement Living in  Victoria and Tasmania.

Prior to her current role Gae was Chief Operating Officer Aged Care for Mercy Health which included responsibility for the growth of the aged care services in Melbourne and Regional Victoria.

Gae has a Bachelor of Nursing with Honors, Graduate Diploma in Health Administration, and a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
