Keith began his career in aged care in England during the 1960’s. He then worked in Ireland and arrived in Australia in 1980 where he managed a large Queensland company operating nursing homes, serviced apartments and retirement villages.

He has served on government committees, various industry committees and  undertaken commissions for the Commonwealth government and a number of State Government departments. He is author of the Tutored Learning Course for aged care and retirement living and produced the original version of the Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme which is currently in use throughout Australia. He has addressed aged care conferences in England, the USA and New Zealand as well as all peak provider organisations in Australia. He has successfully assisted a number of aged care organisations experiencing difficulty in retaining Accreditation or in financial difficulty, ensuring their long term sustainability.

Keith holds the Certificate for Ministry within the Church (UK) and was an Associate of the Building Societies Institute (UK). He commenced his role as Regional Manager of UACVT Southern Tasmania in July 2009.
