Michael joined UACVT in April 2008 as the Manager of Strategy and Service Development.  Since then he has taken on a portfolio which includes Strategic Planning, Hotel Services (which includes catering, cleaning, laundry and waste services), Services Planning and Service Development in a General Manager role.

By background Michael is a Civil Engineer and has a broad range of experience covering geotechnical engineering, property development, health services planning, development and management as well as process re-design or improvement.  He has run his own business, been employed in public and private organizations, and worked in Germany, Spain and South Africa before arriving in Australia in 1986.

Michael holds a B.Sc (Civ Eng), a number of post graduate management diplomas and has completed the company director’s course for the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
