Pauline Robson was appointed as the Regional Manager for Uniting Aged Care - Northern Tasmania in September 2008. She has a long history of working within community sector having held management positions in both the state and Commonwealth disability sectors over the last 25 years.  In these roles Pauline was responsible for the development and expansion of services across the north and northwest of Tasmania.

Pauline has personally contributed to the greater Launceston community through her volunteer work and is a founding board member of three community organisations providing diability and aged care services. All of these services were the first of their type in Tasmania and continue to provide service in the local community.

Pauline holds a post graduate Diploma in Human Service Practice, an honors degree with a major in Social Administration, and since joining UACVT she has successfully completed the Aged Care Assessor program. Pauline is also a qualified assessor using the Social Role Valorisation tool known as P.A.S.S.I.N.G.
