Uniting Aged Care has a strong commitment to supporting and promoting staff professional development through the provision of high quality educational programs relevant to the aged care sector.

Evidence based practice is the cornerstone of our educational programs, and we strive for excellence through our involvement and participation in aged care forums, the Aged Care Channel, Joanna Briggs Institute, and other professional development activities that  enhance our staff’s knowledge and expertise.

We are currently setting up our own Registered Training Organisation in order to offer staff qualifications that reflect the depth and breadth of knowledge required to function effectively in the aged care sector.

Education is a life long journey, and we pride ourselves on the support and encouragement we offer all of our staff to enable them to continue to learn and develop both professionally and personally.
