We understand that your feedback is valuable and appreciate your advice to help us to improve.
At Uniting Aged Care, if you are unhappy about any aspect of care or service provision, we encourage you to tell us straight away. If you have a complaint, it is often best to speak directly to the Manager or Care Coordinator of the facility or service area you are dealing with straight away.
If your complaint is not resolved and you would like further assistance, our Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions form is also used to track your complaint or to formalise any compliments or suggestions you may have.
Our complaints process is confidential and will not influence in any way, the care or treatment you receive.
By using this form, you can write to the Manager or Care Coordinator or you may choose to write to our General Manager, Quality and Compliance, who will ensure you receive assistance to resolve any concerns you may have.
When you have lodged a Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions form, we aim to provide you with a response within 28 days.
