Uniting Aged Care - Condare Court is a 60-bed residential facility. It comprises of a 45-bed low-care hostel and a 15-bed dementia specific unit known as McNair House. Ten residential units are also co-located within the site.

Conveniently located in Camberwell, Condare Court is a short distance to shopping precincts and parklands.  Tastefully decorated, Condare Court offers a modern contemporary feel within a warm, spacious and comfortable environment. 

There are a number of appealing and pleasant recreational and lounge areas.  Residents may choose to enjoy companionship in front of an open fire, find a quiet place to read, socialise with family and guests, or they may choose to partake in leisure and social group activities.

Access to charming undercover and outdoor garden areas also offer pleasant areas for residents and guests to wander, sit and enjoy.

Condare Court offers a friendly, safe and stimulating environment where independence is encouraged and residents benefit from security and companionship.

Our experienced staff provide excellence in quality and compassionate care 24-hours per day. Families and communities are encouraged to be involved in the planning and development of services.

All meals are nutritious and freshly cooked on the premises and individual preferences catered for.

The residence consists of single rooms with ensuites and large built-in wardrobes. Each room offers a view of the many gardens surrounding Condare Court. McNair House dementia specific unit, offers a panoramic view of the surrounding parklands.
