Uniting Aged Care - Condare Court ILUs consists of ten independent living units co-located with Condare Court residential aged care centre.  The units are conveniently located in Joffre Street, Camberwell, just a ten minute walk to the Through Road shops and access to a post office, chemist and cafes.

A number of units contain private courtyards and on-site parking is available.  There are shared laundry facilities for residents.

Residents are welcome to participate in a variety of social and leisure programs provided at the Condare Court residential aged care centre. 

An emergency call system and 24 hour emergency care is available to residents if required.

Fees
An entry contribution to the units is charged. This sum is held in trust for each respective resident during their stay in their unit.  When vacating the unit, the entry contribution is refunded less an amount retained by Condare Court. A daily fee is charged covering maintenance of the unit, the emergency call system and maintenance of the grounds.  Residents pay their own electricity and telephone accounts including connection fees.
