Girrawheen is a 31 bed high-care residential aged care facility conveniently located in Brighton. This is a home where residents are able to enjoy a caring and supportive environment that promotes respect and dignity for each individual.

Residents and their visitors can relax and enjoy the tranquil outdoor garden areas, sit and chat in the visitors’ lounge or even partake in a leisurely stroll to the foreshore, or the local shopping precinct.

Experienced registered nurses and care staff at Girrawheen provide excellence in quality and compassionate care 24-hours per day. As part of our vision and values, Girrawheen assists and supports residents to make ageing a meaningful part of life. Residents are encouraged to make choices and decisions regarding their care and lifestyle.

Families and communities are encouraged to be involved in the planning and development of care and services for residents. All meals are nutritious and freshly cooked on the premises by the chefs at Girrawheen and resident’s individual preferences and dietary requirements are catered for.

The residential aged care facility consists of rooms with either two, three or four beds and single room accommodation is also provided. Some rooms have ensuite facilities.
