Sefton Club Day Centre aims to provide a supportive and relaxed environment where people living with dementia can enjoy the company of others, share experiences, and maintain individual independence including providing opportunities for social networks and carer respite.

Activities are provided to clients in a homelike and secure environment.  Experienced staff conduct programs that are both flexible and responsive to the individual needs of clients. 

Sefton Club provides an environment which encourages and supports the maintenance of daily living skills and opportunities for social interaction.

Sefton Club is just ten minutes walk from Hawthorn railway station.  It is co-located with Uniting Aged Care - Sefton Lodge residential aged care (dementia) facility.
