Sefton Lodge is a boutique style 13-bed residential aged care facility located within a short walk to public transport, in Hawthorn.  It is co-located with Sefton Club community day centre.

Well established for its dementia specific care for residents with low care needs, it is easy to feel you are at home and amongst familiar friends in this smaller residence. Sefton Lodge is a caring home within a secure, warm and lovely environment.

Set within pleasant garden surrounds residents and their visitors have lovely areas to wander and sit.

Experienced nursing and care staff at Sefton Lodge provide excellence in quality and compassionate care 24-hours per day.

Sefton Lodge assists and supports residents to make ageing a meaningful part of life. Families and communities are encouraged to be involved in the planning and development of services and, a range of leisure activities are offered to residents to participate in and to enjoy.
