Uniting Aged Care - Box Hill is a 120-bed residential facility. It comprises four 30-bed cottages, each tastefully appointed. We have 60 high-care beds and 60 low-care beds, including dementia specific areas and respite care.

The cottages are both charming and spacious, each containing its own dining room, lounge, private sitting area and internal courtyard. Each cottage has individual, single rooms with generous ensuites and built-in robes.

There are two large club rooms available for residents, located between the low-care and highcare cottages. The club rooms offer excellent entertaining areas and are frequently used for resident activities and social activities. They may also be booked for family gatherings.

The dementia specific area is secure and protected. It is a non-restrictive environment, which allows residents to access outdoor areas.

Situated alongside Box Hill Park, residents and family members enjoy the lovely vista provided along the west side of the building. Residents, friends and family can also sit and relax in the porch areas and enjoy the attractive surrounding garden.

Our experienced nursing and care staff provide quality personal care 24-hours per day.

Families and friends of residents are encouraged to be involved in the overall care of residents through regular family case conferences and reviews facilitated by each of the cottage Care Co-ordinators.

All meals are nutritious and freshly cooked on the premises at Box Hill making it easy to cater for all individual needs and preferences.
