Kangerong Centre offers leisure and social services for older people who are living in the community in the City of Whitehorse.

We encourage and support individuals to maintain their independence and enrich their wellbeing through their involvement in our programs.

We operate from Monday to Saturday and offer a supported social environment which includes leisure activities, exercise, outings, entertainment and education. Our programs at the Centre all include a home cooked lunch as well as morning tea. Transport can be arranged for all programs.

Uniting Aged Care Kangerong Centre has operated in Box Hill for the past 26 years. Adopting its name from its original address in Kangerong Road, the centre moved to its new premises in 2008.

Hours of Operation
Monday - 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Tuesday - 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Wednesday - 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Thursday - 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
Friday - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (every second Friday)
Saturday - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (once per month)
