Uniting Aged Care – Aldersgate Kings Meadows is a 67 bed residential facility comprising a combination of both high and low care places.  It has an ‘ageing in place’ policy which allows low care residents to remain within the facility as their dependency increases to a high care. 

Located within just five minutes of the CBD, Aldersgate Kings Meadows offers both shared and single accommodation. 

This is a home where residents are able to enjoy a caring and supportive environment that promotes respect and dignity for each individual.

Residents are encouraged to make choices and decisions regarding their care and lifestyle.  A range of social and leisure activities are offered to residents to participate in and they are encouraged to be involved in the planning of future activities and services.

Residents and their visitors can sit and relax in pleasant outdoor areas and enjoy the attractive surrounding garden.

Families and friends are encouraged to be involved in the overall care of residents through regular family case conferences and reviews facilitated by their Care Co-ordinator.
