Denison Court comprises of nine two-bedroom units.  It offers affordable accommodation and is situated by the sea at 59 Goulburn Street, George Town.

The first units were built and opened in November 1990.  It is located within walking distance to shops, doctors and the township of George Town.  Denison Court is a small community with strong ties to the Uniting Church in George Town.

The buildings and common areas are maintained by Uniting Aged Care Victoria & Tasmania.
