Strathdevon provides Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) to support frail older people living in the community who wish to remain living in their own home.

These packagea provide planned and coordinated services to assist with complex needs. These people would also be eligible for low level residential care.

Eligibility is assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS).

Strathdevon provides 36 CACPs for people living in the municipalities of Latrobe.
