Uniting Aged Care - Lillian Martin is a 97-bed high and low care residential facility consisting of 91 single rooms and three twin rooms.  The residence includes one low care respite room and a dementia specific area.  It is conveniently situated on a bus route on the Eastern Shore at 281 Cambridge Road, Mornington.  

Lillian Martin is a home where residents are able to enjoy a caring and supportive environment and one which promotes respect and dignity for each individual within a secure, warm and friendly setting.   Residents are encouraged to continue to make personal choices and decisions regarding their care and lifestyle.

The dementia specific area has additional security and protection for residents and offers a non-restrictive environment with access to outdoor areas.

Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time, have a meal with their family member, participate in activities, or arrange to hold a special family occasion at the home.

Families and friends are also encouraged to be involved in the overall care of residents.  Resident meetings are held each month and Family Forums are held four times per year to encourage participation and involvement in the planning and development of services for residents.

Residents, friends and family can sit and relax in resident rooms or lounges or to enjoy the pleasant outdoor areas available.

All meals are nutritious and freshly cooked on the premises at Lillian Martin and we cater for individual needs and preferences.
