Central laundry facilities are available to residents.

The units offer affordable accommodation, within walking distance to public transport and Eastlands Shopping Centre is a short trip away. Off-street parking is available.  The buildings and gardens are maintained by Uniting Aged Care Victoria & Tasmania on behalf of the residents.
