Ningana ILUs contain twelve units conveniently located in Sorell, Tasmania, close to Uniting Aged Care - Ningana residential aged care facility.  The units consist of one bedroom, lounge room, kitchenette and bathroom (with shower, handbasin and toilet). Central laundry facilities are available to residents.

The units offer affordable accommodation, within walking distance to the Sorell shopping district, and off-street parking is available.  The buildings and gardens are maintained by Uniting Aged Care Victoria & Tasmania on behalf of the residents.
