Kalkee Community Care Programs offer Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) to support frail older people living in the community who wish to remain living in their own home.

The package provides a planned and coordinated package of services to assist with complex needs. These people would also be eligible for low level residential care.

Eligibility is assessed by the Aged Care Assessment Services (ACAS).

Kalkee Community Care Programs provide 39 CACPs packages for people living in the Greater Geelong area.
