Costa Court serviced apartments are available for retirees seeking permanent ongoing accommodation with support to assist them to maintain their independence.

The apartments are located in Settlement Road, Belmont and are co-located with Kalkee Murray residential care.

Of the ten apartments, seven are one-bedroom and the remaining three apartments have two-bedrooms.  There are built-in robes in each bedroom and each unit has an internal laundry.  Kitchens are equipped with modern stainless steel appliances.  All apartments have fenced outdoor areas and a number have outdoor patios.

Lunch and an evening meal are provided for residents in a communal dining and lounge room.  All meals are freshly cooked and prepared at Costa Court.  Breakfast facilities are available within each unit.

Costa Court’s communal lounge room provides residents with access to Foxtel, a piano, and music and library facilities.

All linen is provided and some housekeeping is provided for residents on a weekly basis. The building and garden maintenance is coordinated by Uniting Aged Care – Kalkee for a reasonable fee.

An entry contribution to the apartments is charged. This sum is held in trust for each respective resident during their stay in their apartment.  When vacating the unit, the entry contribution is refunded less an amount retained by Kalkee.

Care in the home services such as Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs) can be arranged to assist residents to maintain their independence.
