Kingsville (Kingsville)

Uniting Aged Care is delighted to announce an exciting new development within the organisation, as part of our ongoing commitment to assist older Victorians to age well.

The new Kingsville development is now operational with 68 places including 17 for memory support. It is a state of the art facility, conveniently located close to public transport and major shopping facilities.

Amarco Apartments are co-located on the Kingsville site at 9 Edgar Street, Kingsville.

This development is more than the typical retirement village.
It will be an innovative, Australian-first model offering residents continuing care as they age in place. This model, based on similar developments in America and Europe, aims to keep residents where they want to be most, in their own home, through the provision of Commonwealth funded Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) and Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) packages (subject to qualifying under ACAT guidelines).

However, in those cases where the provision of home care is simply not possible, residential high and memory support care are available on site, meaning that couples can remain physically close to one another despite any changes in their health or care needs.

Should you wish to find out more about Amarco Apartments please visit our website, www.amarcoapartments.com.au or contact John Prowse on 03 9396 1303 or Mobile 0418 360 312 to arrange a visit to our on-site display suite or for a brochure.
