Centre based individual programs aimed at improving or maintaining physical function to allow the person to remain as independent as possible.
Cost: $8.00 (pers session) for community or low level care clients.
Our qualified Occupational Therapist conducts home safety assessments and provides recommendations for home modifications, aids and equipment that will promote better self management and independence at home.
Cost: $20.00 for a home visit assessment, $10 for a follow up visit.
Our qualified Occupational Therapist provides upper limb rehabilitation as a centre-based service. Clients are able to trial our adaptive equipment and technology.
Cost: $8.00
Nursing services for exisit clients are available.
Social work services are available on Thursdays. Available for individual appointments.
Cost: $8
This program provides social support and information for people living with Parksinsons. The group runs weekly on a Thursday by our qualified Social Worker.
Costs are negotiated for clients in High care or on an EACH or EACH-D package.
