Strath-Haven’s community respite house, “Seven Hills”, provides 24 hour staff coverage in a domestic home environment.

All staff are qualified and experienced in Aged Care.

The Service
The service is designed to provide stimulating and professional care whilst carers enjoy “guilt free” time out from  their caring role.

The program is designed to accommodate the independent needs of participants and their carers.


Seven Hills
The four bedroom home can accommodate six people, having two twin share rooms (couples welcome).

All oral medications need to be in a Webster Pack.

All meals and linen are provided.

A laundry service is not provided but is available in an emergency.


Overnight Respite Services
Overnight respite may be provided during the week, or weekends, depending on need or choice.

Weekday respite usually runs from 10am Monday till 7.30pm Friday, while weekend respite is from 5pm Friday to 1.30pm Monday.
