Uniting Aged Care - Strath-Haven is a 94 bed residential aged care facility situated close to Strath Village. It comprises a number of living units including a unit specifically for those living with dementia. All units are surrounded by pleasant gardens and offer residents and their visitors easy access to outdoor areas.

Strath-Haven has an 'ageing in place' policy which means that residents receiving low-level care can have their care increased to high-level care in order to meet their changing care needs. 

It is a home where residents are able to enjoy a caring and supportive environment that promotes respect and dignity for each individual. Our experienced nursing and care staff provide quality personal care 24-hours per day.

Residents are encouraged to make choices and decisions regarding their care and lifestyle.

Families and friends of residents are also encouraged to be involved in the overall care of residents through regular contact with staff, case conferences and reviews.

A range of social and leisure activities are offered to residents to participate in.

All meals are nutritious and freshly cooked on the premises at Strath-Haven making it easy to cater for all individual needs and preferences.

The residential aged care facility consists of single rooms with large built-in wardrobes.
