Referrals
A referral from your doctor may be required for participation in some programs.


Eligibility
Generally, clients eligible to receive Day Therapy services are:

  • older people living in the community;
  • older people living in low level residential aged care facilities;
  • younger people with disabilities where no other appropriate services are available and all other alternatives have been exhausted.

Your nearest Day Therapy Centre can assist you to determine your eligibility for services.


Service Fees
A copy of our fees schedule is available by contacting your nearest Uniting Aged Care Day Therapy Centre.

For further information or in situations of financial hardship, please contact the Coordinator at your Day Therapy Centre to discuss your options.
